1. Agreement
By accessing or using FuzzCTO ("the Service"), operated by Farzad Pezeshkpour
("Fuzz", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you
do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
FuzzCTO provides AI-powered code review services for software codebases, with a
focus on fintech and financial services. The Service analyses your code through
up to 9 analytical lenses and delivers severity-rated, actionable reports with
file-level citations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into
these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By connecting a
repository, you represent that you have the right to grant us read access
to that codebase.
4. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit codebases that you do not own or have permission to analyse.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.
- Resell or redistribute reports generated by the Service without our written consent.
- Submit deliberately malicious code intended to exploit the analysis system.
- Exceed any rate limits or usage quotas associated with your plan.
6. Intellectual property
- Your code: You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to any source code you submit. We claim no ownership of your code.
- Reports: Reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for your internal use. The report format, structure, and analytical framework remain our intellectual property.
- FuzzCTO brand: The FuzzCTO name, logo, and related branding are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.
7. Payments and billing
- All prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Single-review payments are charged at the time of purchase.
- Retainer subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- We do not offer refunds for completed reviews. If you are unsatisfied with a review, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service provides automated analysis supplemented by expert review frameworks. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.
- Reports are provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all issues will be identified or that findings are free from error.
- FuzzCTO is not a substitute for professional security audits, penetration testing, or regulatory compliance assessments required by law.
- You are responsible for validating and acting on any findings in your reports.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuzzCTO's total liability to you for
any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total
amount paid by you to FuzzCTO in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for
violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your
right to access reports and use the Service ceases. You may request export
of your report data before account deletion.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes
arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be
communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before they
take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
